What You Will Do
- Manage sales of all distributors and importers in your territory in DACH and the Nordics after intensive training on products, biosecurity, and our farm-to-fork approach.
- Oversee the sales budget, aiming for double-digit growth.
- Enhance the skills of sales teams through professional training and field visits at key accounts.
- Provide technical support related to products and biosecurity, proposing solutions with support from Global Animal Health Product Management.
- Guide commercial activities such as pricing follow-up and order management in collaboration with customer service.
- Report to the Animal Health Sales Leader, establishing action plans and sales targets, introducing new products, and strategizing business growth.
- Lead and coach a team of eight sales associates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners in your territory.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- University degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Engineering, or Business.
- Experience in B2B sales, with a dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of animal production, preferably in poultry or swine, or in health or nutrition fields.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time within your territory.
