Job Title: Service Line Specialist – Artificial Intelligence & Analytics (d/f/m)

Location: Germany

Department Focus

The Artificial Intelligence & Analytics (AIA) business unit is a high-growth area within Cognizant, focusing on expanding our presence in the DACH region. We are seeking a results-driven sales executive to generate, develop, and close sales opportunities in Data & AI, working with industry community leaders and leadership teams to drive sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Sales, Business Development & Customer Relationships for AI and Analytics.
  • Generate revenue and TCV for AI & Analytics services.
  • Identify market gaps and opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Develop proactive growth strategies aligned with market segments.
  • Create and execute penetration plans for new clients.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity creation to closure.
  • Promote internal evangelization on data and analytics.
  • Lead deal pursuits end-to-end, engaging clients to define business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute practice strategies, demonstrating technical expertise in AI, analytics, big data, and cloud platforms.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends, and develop strategic roadmaps.
  • Ensure practice area revenue growth and support sales trends.
  • Manage alliance relationships and develop new partnerships.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering field.
  • Experience with multiple analytics platforms and domains.
  • Proven success in closing deals of $2m+.
  • Knowledge of Big Data, BI, and Cloud Architectures.
  • Deep experience selling AIA services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
