Freelance Project Manager (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical) – 3-4 year project

Lead Major Infrastructure Projects in Germany!

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee transmission line projects ranging from 110kV to 380kV at sites in SW & NE Germany. The role involves managing large-scale power projects, budgets between €10M-€100M, supervising over 200 personnel on site, and coordinating multiple subcontractors.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts
2. Oversee multiple subcontractors and suppliers
3. Adjust project plans dynamically to meet evolving demands
4. Lead on-site execution (minimum 4 days per week)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience managing large infrastructure projects such as solar, rail, substations, wind, bridges, tunnels, highways, or power generation
• Strong leadership skills, with expertise in budgeting and contracts
