For our client, a German subsidiary of an outstanding public company from China in the field of new energy (group of more than 7,000 employees). We are looking for a HR Specialist(full-time job).
Qualifications and knowledge :
- Previous experience in a human resources role
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with HRIS and performance management systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process.
- Fluent in English and German
Duties and responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all HR matters.
- Utilize Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to manage employee data and track performance management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Conduct development planning for employees and assess training needs to ensure career growth and skill enhancement.
- Support and collaborate with management on employee relations issues and provide guidance as needed.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office applications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor relations and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance.
