Position Details Location: Geneva, Switzerland Swiss CISO Office, supervised by Swiss Territory CISO, defines and promotes Cyber Security and IT Risk Governance within BNP Paribas in Switzerland. The team comprises security professionals with diverse expertise to ensure comprehensive coverage of the organization\’s information security needs. Quality and excellence are core values. The team collaborates with IT, legal, compliance, DPO, CDO, and various business units, requiring effective communication to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Team and Mission A new team within the CISO Office, Information and Data Security, was created as part of an ongoing transformation initiative. Its mission includes: Development and maintenance of Data Security and Information Security policies and ensuring their correct deployment on Swiss Territory. Role and Responsibilities Participate in various CISO Office topics, especially: Defining governance of security solutions, particularly Data Security Solutions like DLP, Guardium, and Varonis. Contribute to the engineering and parameter specification of security solutions. Draft user, technical, and operational documentation. Design test cases and perform functional testing during upgrades. Operate security solutions (e.g., DLP). Create indicators, reports, and analyze the functioning of security solutions. Develop controls on data protection solutions. Align solutions and practices with Group standards. Elaborate data protection strategies and participate in outsourcing projects. Review and improve the security posture with IT departments. Perform assessments on security tools and processes. Identify potential IT risks across domains like IAM and Data Security. Analyze cyber risks and supervise IT departments in action planning.
