D365 F&SCM Functional Consultant – LogisticsWe are recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturer headquartered in Switzerland, who are currently implementing D365 F&SCM across the group.As a result of the implementation, we are building a permanent, in-house D365 department, to ensure oversight of the application as it is rolled out across Europe and Asia, ensuring processes are accurately mapped, implemented and optimized according to the unique and complex production and supply chain business model.The D365 F&SCM Functional Consultant – Logistics will assume ownership of SCM modules globally with a particular focus on the Order Management, Warehousing (advanced) and Outbound modules.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the business teams to ensure requirements are mapped to the system to both match and enhance business processesDesign solutions, configure systems, and define requirements for the development teamLead and manage projects within Order Management, Warehousing, and Outbound modules, from implementation through to optimization and managementDrive process improvements and develop business conceptsEnsure comprehensive documentation and provide trainingCoordinate and delegate tasks to sub-teamsWork closely with stakeholders to align business needs with technology solutionsYour Profile3+ years of experience as D365 F/SCM Functional Consultant, with a focus on SCM modulesProven experience managing international projects, within either an in-house or consulting environmentBackground in Business Analysis & Requirements EngineeringStrong understanding of Supply Chain / Logistics business processesAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needsSkilled in process modeling and concept designStrong project planning and coordination skillsMust be eligible and willing to live and work in Switzerland.
