Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
• Lead onboarding for new customers to ensure a smooth and seamless introduction to our products and services.
• Train and optimize the use of AMVisor for current customers: Tailor training sessions to help clients get the most out of our tool.
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Create personalized success plans for each customer based on their unique needs and goals.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate where necessary.
• Share valuable customer insights to help shape product development.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer success, customer service, or managing customer projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions.
• Quick to learn, consultative by nature, and comfortable engaging with both domestic and international clients.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate in a global environment.
• Fluent in both German and English.
