Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Seller Services (UK), EU Fashion Marketplace in Europe, this role involves business development responsibilities focused on establishing and managing relationships with top third-party integrators to drive new business acquisition. As an IBAM, you will work with integrators to generate a pipeline of promising new seller leads and facilitate their expansion across Amazon EU markets. You will support the onboarding process, guide sellers in utilizing Amazon\’s tools, and build strong relationships with integrators and their sellers to grow their presence and sales on the marketplace. This role combines business development, account management, and customer advocacy skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and manage relationships with third-party integrators through regular communication.
- Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers from the integrator pool.
- Develop joint sales strategies with integrators and train their account managers for onboarding new sellers.
- Manage outreach and recruitment campaigns via email, webinars, and social media.
- Prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to meet quarterly targets.
- Enable sellers to learn Amazon\’s tools for catalog, inventory, and sales management.
- Drive expansion for existing sellers of top integrators.
- Gather feedback from integrators and sellers to improve onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with Seller Experience and tech account managers to address issues.
- Track, report, and analyze business development results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent, or experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or related fields.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
