Teamlead Global Product Manager

We are working in partnership with an international dental brand recruiting an experienced Product Manager to join their team in Germany.

Overview

• You have a high degree of technical understanding of the dental industry and additive manufacturing materials
• You will leverage your years of experience in product management within the dental industry to take responsibility for end-to-end product lifecycle management of a range of 3D printing solutions.
• You will use your analytical skills for market and competitor research and your strategic skills for product planning, road mapping and launch
• Your communication skills and ability to work within a team will be challenged via cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Production, QA / RA, Sales and Marketing departments
• The role will have a commercial focus and you will need to call upon your experience working with dealers and sales teams during regular customer-facing interactions
• You will have responsibility for a team of 3 direct reports with chemical backgrounds – your technical knowledge will be valuable for effective communication and your leadership skills will be critical for successful collaboration
