Note: This position is not remote. Our teams are based in our modern offices in Athens, Greece (Moschato and Piraeus).

What you will do:

1. Review and categorize social media content based on specific guidelines.
2. Ensure user-uploaded information complies with client policies.
3. Make balanced decisions to advocate for the online community.
4. Ensure high-quality, safe experiences for users and businesses.
5. Apply content policies and handle procedures consistently.
6. Assist customers via chat, email, or phone (depending on the project).
7. Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
8. Follow company and client guidelines.

What we expect from you:

1. Excellent verbal and written skills in German.
2. Very good English knowledge.
3. Exceptional communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency with Windows OS, internet applications, and MS Office.
5. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; ability to work independently.
6. Attention to detail and understanding of content moderation policies.
7. Positive, proactive attitude and desire for continuous improvement.
8. Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media, or Customer Support is a plus.
