What you will do

As a Senior Associate, you will participate in every phase of consulting engagements, from pre-proposal research to final implementation. You will join project teams at client locations, sharing ideas, solving problems, and providing solutions in purchasing, supply chain management, business process management, and technology. This role will help you develop project management, client management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Gather and analyze data
• Assist in generating proposals and lead certain client and analyst teams
• Recommend actions and help clients implement them
• Create intellectual capital and recruit new consultants
• Collaborate with senior management and clients to develop customized purchasing proposals
• Analyze client spend data and prepare project deliverables
• Introduce suppliers to the client\’s purchasing needs, eSourcing processes, and reverse auction technology
• Understand client needs to deliver flawless service
• Support business development activities
• Work with Corporate Communications to raise awareness of our services
• Assist senior management in developing selling tools for key clients

What you should bring

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of consulting or industry experience
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong academic, extracurricular, or work experience in business, Internet, or relevant industries
• Motivated team player capable of working independently
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), including creating formulas and analyzing data
• Fluency in German is required
