Product Compliance Scientist

Identify regulatory pathways and prepare strategies for submissions to authorities.Conduct regulatory intelligence by staying up to date with the latest regulatory trends, changes, and updates. Monitor modifications, assess their impact, and revise standards accordingly.Set company-wide standards, ensure documentation accuracy, provide regulatory guidance, and support global implementation through training.Organize data using Power BI and other tools, monitor conformity rates, share findings, and evaluate impacts on business and products. Implement risk management strategies for compliance and safety.Author and validate Safety Data Sheets, proofread content, and troubleshoot as needed.Engage with stakeholders to implement technical enhancements, perform impact assessments, and oversee testing and updates.Collaborate within cross-functional teams on resilience projects, coordinate with purchasing and sales departments to ensure compliance and market access, and support communication.Work closely with R&D teams to develop innovative, compliant products for security features in banknotes and product markers.QualificationsA degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.5-8 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product safety, or product development in the chemical industry.Fluency in English; French minimum B2 level.Extensive knowledge of EU (REACH, CLP) and Swiss (OChim) regulations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills, including experience with Power BI and Compliance Engines like Sphera CE, integrated with SAP EHS.Ability to take ownership, communicate effectively, and pay high attention to detail.Ability to adapt to a dynamic regulatory environment and business needs.Our ValuesOur success stems from our talented employees.
