As a Junior Paid Social Media Manager , you will support the execution and optimization of our paid social media campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in digital advertising. Working closely with the team and external partners, you will contribute to campaign success by assisting with creative development, performance steering, tracking, and strategic testing. WHAT YOU\’LL DO
- Support campaign execution by coordinating with the team and agency partners on creative briefings, content reviews, and smooth rollouts.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement across platforms, audiences, and creatives.
- Contribute to campaign strategy and A/B testing with innovative ideas on structure, targeting, and creative direction.
- Prepare clear and actionable performance reports based on data and trends.
- Stay updated with platform changes and Paid Social trends to drive innovation and growth.
YOU COME WITH
- At least 1 year of experience in Paid Social Media, focusing on Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok, preferably in e-commerce and/or agency settings.
- Confidence in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns in ad managers (experience with Smartly is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of KPIs like ROAS, CPC, and CTR, and the ability to translate data into insights.
- A creative eye and a keen interest in learning and applying platform updates and new trends, including AI.
- Proactive, organized, collaborative, and effective communicator.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
