Supply Chain and Procurement Manager

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain and Procurement Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

1. Monitoring supply chain strategies to align with global market trends.
2. Collaborating with the Purchase Manager to source, engage, and evaluate suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
3. Overseeing the company\’s purchasing activities to ensure the timely acquisition of goods at optimal prices.
4. Supervising inventory levels to maintain a balance between stock availability and minimized holding costs.
5. Analyzing and refining procurement costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
6. Working with internal stakeholders to project demand and ensure supply chain readiness.
7. Leading initiatives to enhance supply chain and procurement efficiency, agility, and sustainability.
8. Ensuring purchases are made timely and deliveries align with orders.
9. Managing cost aspects, including buying the right products in the right quantities.
10. Supervising the supply chain organization, including warehouse management in Frankfurt.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent coordination skills and experience in supply chain management.
