As Teamlead B2B Sales (m/f/d) , you will join our sales and marketing team, which values team cohesion and mutual support over competition. In this role, you will take operational and strategic responsibility for our Real Estate Sales vertical. Your focus will be on expanding our customer base in the real estate sector, developing your team, and positioning our solutions in the market—making a direct contribution to climate protection.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the sales team for the real estate sector both professionally and disciplinarily, being the primary contact for your team.
  • Conducting employee meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to strengthen and develop your team.
  • Implementing company strategy within your team and ensuring effective communication with other leadership levels.
  • Supporting operational tasks typical for a sales manager.
  • Coordinating your team\’s projects, monitoring goal achievement, and helping to develop processes and structures.
  • Having several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a focus on the real estate industry (e.g., residential, commercial, property management).
  • Having some leadership experience and understanding how to lead, develop, and motivate a team at eye level.
  • Practicing empathy and respectful communication.
  • Being organized and proactive—taking action rather than just talking about it.
  • Communicating fluently in German and English within our international team.
  • Being passionate about advancing climate protection with us.
