Your Qualification

• Education
  • Completed commercial training, ideally in supply chain management, wholesale, foreign trade management, or a comparable qualification
• Experience
  • Several years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or purchasing
• Professional knowledge
  • Good knowledge of inventory management, disposition, and process optimization
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Soft skills
  • Skills in prioritization, resource planning, and project management
  • Team-oriented and structured work approach
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English

Your Tasks

Disposition

• Contact with suppliers and forwarding agents, organizing deliveries
• Preparing offers and verifying order confirmations
• Coordinating resources timely and within budget
• Controlling inbound and outbound quantities, optimizing warehouse utilization

Inventory Monitoring

• Monitoring and analyzing stock levels for optimal availability
• Implementing strategies to prevent overstocking and shortages
• Maintaining reports and conducting inventory checks
• Supporting demand forecasting and production planning

Process Monitoring

• Supporting supply chain process optimization
• Assisting with quality standards implementation
• Data analysis for improvement opportunities
• Market and sales data analysis for planning support
