Lead Product Designer UI/UX

We are developing an AI Platform for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Our platform leverages advanced AI to enable construction domain experts to create complex use cases efficiently.

TASKS

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Product Designer to make our AI-first SaaS solutions super easy to use and use by non-tech users . You have to balance user needs and business objectives with technology constraints.

In this critical role, you will work closely with our business and technology leads, as well as external stakeholders.

• Take full ownership of user journey
• Drive ideation workshop internally and with client teams
• Enhance our products’ experience by incorporating new usability concepts
• Design prototypes
• Regularly improve our products through data-driven testing and optimisation
• Contribute to product vision and success
• You will be at the center of our product development

REQUIREMENTS

• BA/MA with a focus on UI/UX design, interaction design, information design or comparable qualification
• 4+ years of experience in user experience design of B2B SaaS Products
• Experience in evaluating user needs and validating concepts with end-users through prototyping and testing
• Experience in Design Thinking
• Experience in data visualization
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
