Job Description:

In collaboration with the Director of HR, you will ensure that set goals are achieved, operations run smoothly, and our colleagues receive the same excellent service our guests expect and enjoy daily.

Your responsibilities include budget creation and participation in Department Head Meetings alongside the Director of HR and their deputy in their absence. You will:

• Be passionate about HR and aspire to develop into a Director of Human Resources
• Have experience in both operational and strategic HR functions
• Enjoy motivating and supporting colleagues on their career journeys, engaging with all on equal footing
• Possess knowledge of labor, tariff, and social law, ideally with practical application
• Hold a completed vocational training in hospitality and/or relevant professional experience
• Be fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• Be enthusiastic about participating in projects
• Be aware of how your actions impact others and radiate positivity
