Your Qualification

Education

• Completed commercial training or a business degree

Experience

• Experience in purchasing, ideally in the confectionery sector, protein category, or raw materials production
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP

Professional Skills

• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
• Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Your Tasks

Operational

• Organize supplier pool effectively with expertise and assertiveness
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage supplier changes
• Handle bottlenecks and supply issues
• Develop procurement tools
• Optimize packaging materials
• Identify, qualify, and audit new suppliers, including on-site visits
• Negotiate contracts and investment projects
• Monitor stock levels and determine purchasing needs
• Travel as necessary
• Participate in cross-departmental projects
• Ensure delivery readiness in coordination with SCM
• Analyze sales, market, and competition data
• Manage transactions, orders, deliveries, and payments
