Currently, we are recruiting for an opportunity for a proven senior business sales professional joining as a National Account Manager for a German Top Tier Healthcare & Life Sciences client. Your Impact
A successful National Account Manager is able to use their consultative selling skills to drive engagements at C-level, while building and managing a customer-oriented team that balances short-term results with long-term engagements. The National Account Manager is a compelling communicator and operates as a trusted advisor to deeply understand the unique company challenges and goals of their client. You will advise the customer on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize AI-powered solutions that help them reach their business goals and innovate within their organizations.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain national responsibility for a multinational group headquartered in Germany within the HLS sector.
- Coordinate a large account team within a matrix organization.
- Engage with C-Level decision makers to position Salesforce solutions through strategic, value-based selling, including business case development, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
- Drive coordination among internal groups such as Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners to develop account strategy.
- Partner with GSIs and Service teams to deliver contracted business solutions and technical delivery plans.
- Mentor and develop Account Managers and virtual team members.
Your Qualifications
- Proven track record of selling complex enterprise software or technology to C-level executives in pharmaceutical clients.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and ability to articulate digital transformation narratives within Healthcare / Life Sciences sectors.
- Demonstrates leadership, authority, and confidence in all interactions, including presentations, oral, and written communication.
- Experience in defining account strategies and execution plans for complex HLS accounts.
- Ability to accurately forecast and achieve revenue goals.
- Fluency in German and English . Excellent communication skills in various formats and tools, including writing, speaking, presentation, whiteboarding, Google Slides, and Zoom.
