Life and Health Insurance Sales Agent

Our rapidly expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach – and exceed – your sales goals. Apply today!ResponsibilitiesAcquire leads and call prospective clients to schedule informational discovery calls and present illustrated options via Zoom meetings.Onboard incoming and retain existing clients through customer service tasks such as appointment booking and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies.Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date.Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible.Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertising our insurance products via networking, referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies.Assist policyholders with the insurance claims process and supervise the progress of current insurance claims.QualificationsMust reside in the USA.Must have a laptop or home computer, or be willing to acquire one.Must be a self-starter, accountable, goal-oriented, and willing to invest in yourself.Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus.Prior health insurance or life insurance experience is a bonus.Compensation$100,000 at plan commission.About Selfless FinancialAt Selfless Financial, we focus on Tax-Free Retirement Accounts, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and other strategies to help clients\‘ future and/or life insurance needs.
