Your Qualification

Education

• Completed training or degree in e-commerce, marketing, or business development

Experience

• Experience in managing operational marketplace processes, ideally with platforms like Shop-apotheke, Otto, Kaufland, etc.
• Knowledge of working with matrix and project organizations
• Deep experience in managing e-commerce processes focused on marketplaces
• Project experience in scaling and optimizing sales channels, including international online sales

Professional knowledge

• Knowledge of system architectures (SAP, APIs, middleware) and integrating new sales channels
• Experience working with partner platforms and operational topics such as fulfillment, pricing, data maintenance, listing processes
• Fluent in German and English

Soft skills

• Self-organized, structured, and analytical working style
• Strong negotiation skills and team collaboration abilities
• Flexibility and solution-oriented mindset in changing situations

Your Tasks

Operational Responsibilities

• Onboarding new marketplaces and expanding partner platforms
• Maintaining and mapping master data for high-quality listings and processes
• Managing product creation, variants, and process optimization on marketplaces
• Developing and monitoring self-delivery and dropshipping models, and strategically managing partner platforms
• Ensuring smooth order processing, troubleshooting, and operational improvements
• Pricing analysis, volume forecasting, and inventory management
• Managing availability, funding, and promotional strategies
• Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory standards and optimizing billing processes
• Integrating new sales channels and scaling marketplace activities strategically
