Security Team Manager / Datacenter (f / m / d)

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure all responders and control room supervisors adhere to policies and standard operating procedures.
2. Oversee site security systems to ensure safe and compliant operation of the facility.
3. Act as responder or control room supervisor during periods of increased activity or staff absence.
4. Maintain and troubleshoot on-site security technology.
5. Recommend corrective actions for security staff to the campus security manager.
6. Assist with delivering counseling and corrective actions as directed by the campus security manager.
7. Assist with site equipment inspections and audit compliance.
8. Conduct recalling audits, and prepare and submit critical and confidential information directly to the client management team.
9. Maintain accurate security documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
10. Serve as the primary point of contact for data center management and security personnel when the campus security manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• An associate degree or higher in a relevant field, such as a Bachelor\’s in Protection and Security or a Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
• Very good knowledge of German and English (C1 level).
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with staff supervision.
• Required §34a certification.
