As an Investment Manager, reporting to the Senior Investment Manager and part of AXA IM Select, you will manage investment products according to their objectives, considering product and regulatory restrictions. You will support AXA IM Select in achieving strategic goals through client relationship management and product development.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing Multi-manager/Fund of Fund portfolios aligned with their objectives and restrictions
• Implementing strategic and tactical asset allocations to match AXA IM Select\’s positioning
• Constructing portfolios with informed risk and factor exposures
• Making fund selection decisions suitable for managed portfolios
• Researching, monitoring, and overseeing external managers and their offerings, including funds and mandates
• Conducting ESG due diligence and integrating ESG policies
• Participating in client meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholders
• Developing new investment strategies and products to leverage market, regulatory, tax, and product developments
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to maintain competency

Your Profile

We value diverse skills and experiences. Your qualifications and experience should include:

• Proven experience in Manager Research and Fund of Funds management
• CFA Charterholder or similar qualification (at our discretion)
• Continuous investment management competence
• Graduate degree or finance-related professional qualification
• Knowledge of systems, processes, markets, managers, and investment techniques
• Strong presentation skills
