Job Description:
Our Operational and Process Excellence practice is looking for a Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager to join the team in either Düsseldorf, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt/Main or Hamburg.
As a member of our team, you will help shape and drive a range of exciting transformational work across one of our core industry market sectors: Energy & Resources. Operational Excellence and Process Optimization involve partnering with our clients to solve their most complex problems. Our approach combines deep expertise in Leadership and Culture Change, Organizational Design, Operating Model Definition, Agile, Automation, and AI to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs. We are passionate about delivering true people-led change initiatives that prioritize user experience in both design and execution. What you will be doing
- Engage with clients from the beginning by creating proposals and showcasing our skills during acquisition meetings.
- Lead consulting projects to streamline clients\‘ processes and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with clients to develop, coordinate, and implement sustainable improvements.
- Contribute to the development of our operational excellence approaches, techniques, and tools as part of continuous improvement.
Your skills and experience
- At least 2 years of experience in management consulting or an internal role focused on Operational and Process Excellence.
- Proven expertise in lean management tools, including their development and application in business contexts.
- Experience in process optimization within the energy sector, commodity trading, or related industries.
- Background in change management and/or reorganization projects.
- Knowledge of organizational agility and innovative ways of working.
- Good understanding of BPM, automation, and how AI can assist with Continuous Improvement.
- Ability to take responsibility and deliver results in a complex, customer-focused environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Essential: Advanced (C1) language skills in both German and English.
