Job Responsibilities

1. Together with specialist departments, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, and optimization of sales processes as part of requirements management at a local level.
2. Alongside central IT, you will manage the operation of several third-party solutions used worldwide as part of SAP CRM onPremise. You will be actively involved in an agile project to replace SAP CRM onPremise.
3. You will help shape future processes and functionalities within interdisciplinary teams and will regularly expand your knowledge of new methods and technologies.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed university studies in (business) informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Experience and Knowledge: Knowledge of best practice processes in the lead-to-order area in the electrical industry. Several years of experience in customer-specific adaptation (customizing) of complex sales processes in SAP systems. Ideally, knowledge of SAP CRM onPremise; familiarity with SAP Sales Cloud integration via SAP CPI is an advantage. Proven ability to successfully roll out standard software internationally in agile projects (SCRUM, etc.).
• Personality and Work Practice: Ability to work in a structured and independent manner. Enjoy working in international teams with an open-minded and responsible attitude.
• Work Routine: Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Languages: Business fluent in written and spoken English.
