Job Responsibilities
- Together with specialist departments, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, and optimization of sales processes as part of requirements management at a local level.
- Alongside central IT, you will manage the operation of several third-party solutions used worldwide as part of SAP CRM onPremise. You will be actively involved in an agile project to replace SAP CRM onPremise.
- You will help shape future processes and functionalities within interdisciplinary teams and will regularly expand your knowledge of new methods and technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Completed university studies in (business) informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
- Experience and Knowledge: Knowledge of best practice processes in the lead-to-order area in the electrical industry. Several years of experience in customer-specific adaptation (customizing) of complex sales processes in SAP systems. Ideally, knowledge of SAP CRM onPremise; familiarity with SAP Sales Cloud integration via SAP CPI is an advantage. Proven ability to successfully roll out standard software internationally in agile projects (SCRUM, etc.).
- Personality and Work Practice: Ability to work in a structured and independent manner. Enjoy working in international teams with an open-minded and responsible attitude.
- Work Routine: Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Languages: Business fluent in written and spoken English.
