As a Structures Specialist Composite, you will perform component maintenance and composite repair activities (tests, repairs, overhauls, modifications) in accordance with work instructions and regulations, considering time, cost, and quality. Your tasks Perform testing, composite repairs, modifications, and overhauls of aircraft components in compliance with CMM, work instructions, and shop orders Ensure all work complies with instructions and regulatory requirements Execute repairs based on customer orders and work scopes Focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality Maximize productivity through workload management Follow standard practices, processes, and quality guidelines Adhere to safety regulations and workplace policies Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles Work in a two-shift system Your profile Qualification in aircraft composite repair and maintenance or similar technical apprenticeship in composite materials Strong communication skills in English Independent, precise, and detail-oriented work style Open-minded and adaptable personality Basic IT skills Proficiency in German (spoken and written) Team player with collaborative mindset We offer An attractive position in a global, dynamic company with competitive employment conditions and opportunities for professional and personal development.
