As a leader, you will create strong partnerships across the business to ensure delivery of our Supply Chain strategies in line with our Growth agenda. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing our plant\’s multi-functional teams to identify best practices and improvements that will increase our reliability, productivity, safety, and quality. Your goal will be to establish an agile and synchronized supply chain.

How You Will Contribute

• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals.
• Proactively identify key opportunities and link strategy to action to support the company’s overall business goals.
• Establish and maintain a strong governance to review & control operational performance to ensure products meet or exceed standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and embed a zero-loss mindset across the site to deliver best-in-class results internally and externally.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the multi-functional team towards continuation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working and develop a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, engagement, and continuous learning while championing a high-quality and safety culture.
• Manage capital expenditure projects related to factory investments, new equipment, and infrastructure improvements.
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs within the budget, implementing strategies for cost reduction and waste minimization.
• Lead and be accountable for talent, capabilities, and engagement for the plant—identify and implement critical levers to attract, retain, and develop talent.
• Interface with key stakeholders internally & externally to establish and maintain effective relationships, align priorities, and deliver company objectives.

What You Will Bring

• Significant experience in leading manufacturing performance in a fast-moving environment with exceptional results (FMCG experience), with a career at the front line and/or manufacturing management level.
• Deep knowledge of good manufacturing practices, process improvement, technology integration, cost management, TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma tools, and concepts.
• Excellent communication, coaching, leadership skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with the broader supply chain and commercial functions, managing relationships with demand planning, logistics, sales, etc.
• Fluency in English and a very good level of German language skills.
