The ideal candidate will have over 7+ years of experience in marketing cloud implementations, focusing on the Salesforce core platform. This role involves guiding the team to implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices to meet business needs.Job Responsibilities:Solution Design: Design technical end-to-end solutions for business processes in the Marketing Cloud platform with integration to other applications.Technical Leadership: Assist in technical and architectural leadership for Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications.Criteria Definition: Define technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection, ensuring all architectural solutions result in coherent system designs.Design Leadership: Lead technical design sessions with development teams, creating class models, sequence diagrams, component models, and detailed design specifications while adhering to architectural standards.Project Documentation: Provide input for project initiation documents, including objectives, scope, approach, estimates, and deliverables, as needed.Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.Collaboration: Work closely with nearshore and offshore colleagues to ensure successful project realization.Skills Required:Experience: 7+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in a multi-org environment.Administration Expertise: Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, release management, and change management.Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in Marketing Cloud Deployment Manager, GitHub, and Bitbucket is preferred.Integration Expertise: Deep understanding of configuration management in Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Connect with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities, including AMPscript, Content Builder, SQL, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Landing Pages, and Journey Builder.Best Practices: Knowledge of Salesforce.com best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.Methodologies: Excellent knowledge of implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM).Certifications: Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.Languages: Business-fluent English skills are essential; German is optional.Business Analysis: Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and provide suitable solutions.Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile ways of working.Additional Requirements:Onsite Commitment: Candidate must be willing to travel and preferred onsite presence at the client location for 4-5 days per week.Language Proficiency: English is required; German is optional.Seniority Level: Mid-Senior levelJob Function: Marketing and SalesIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
