Join our team as a Senior Consultant Lead Developer m/f/d and embark on an exciting journey of advising and implementing technical solutions for our esteemed customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. As a key player in our organization, your primary focus will be to guide our customers and partners in seamlessly integrating the Mendix App Platform into their enterprise landscape. Collaborating closely with enterprise and application architects, as well as customer/partner teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of these implementations.

We are searching for enthusiastic and innovative individuals with a consistent record in IT development and shown experience in customer-facing roles such as architect, consultant, or engineer. As we work on projects using the SCRUM/Agile methodology, your familiarity with this approach will be highly valued.

You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by:

• Becoming a Mendix guide, steering innovation within Mendix technology implementations
• Being hands-on and playing an intrinsic part in the development process, using the Mendix platform. You will be responsible for multiple phases, from project planning and development to ensuring successful customer adoption
• Supporting and empowering customers and partners, enabling them to become self-sufficient with the Mendix platform
• Training customers and partners, elevating their skills to the next level
• Encouraging clients with the values and principles of Scrum/Agile-led implementations with Mendix

You’re the innovator we need if:

• Proven experience in Software Development projects (5+ years)
• Experience in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, SQL
• Passion for cloud-native and mobile technologies like Responsive, PWA, or Native
• Self-motivation, resourcefulness, and an interest in finding sophisticated solutions to complex problems
• Proven leadership and project delivery skills, either as a software project lead or within an organisation focused on software development
• Engaging and professional demeanour, motivated to work with customers and drive innovation within their organisations
• Hands-on experience with common CI/CD tooling, such as GIT/SVN, Gitlab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
• Fluent in both English and German
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region to client sites
