Flexible Creative Assistant (Bern-based or nearby)

Hi! I’m ILIRA, a Swiss singer-songwriter with international experience (Tiësto, Sigala, etc.), and I’m looking for someone to support me on a flexible basis—sometimes for shows, sometimes for creative tasks, sometimes for the chaos in between.

This isn’t a fixed 9–5. I’m looking for someone I can reach out to when things get busy, who’s up for helping with a variety of spontaneous tasks that come with being an independent artist.

Who I’m looking for:

Based in Bern or nearby, able totravel if needed

• Very communicative and great with people
• Flexible and spontaneous, but still organized
• Well-behaved, respectful, discreet (you’ll be around events & people)
• Neat, stylish appearance – not model looks, but professional & put-together
• Comfortable with IT tools (Google Drive, socials, maybe even light editing or tech help)
• Ideally someone who already knows a bit about the music industry or creative scene

Tasks might include:

Helping film or post behind-the-scenes content

• Joining me at live shows, travel days, or events
• Researching & helping connect with musicians, creatives, venues
• Assisting with shoots, scheduling, organizing stuff last-minute
• Being a supportive, emotionally safe human in high-pressure moments

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English and German (French not required)
• Strong communication skills – friendly, respectful, and clear
• High adaptability – open to learning new things and stepping outside comfort zones
• Tech-savvy, especially with AI tools like ChatGPT, social media apps, and cloud platforms (Google Drive, etc.)
• Organized and flexible – able to manage spontaneous or shifting tasks
• Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure – someone who’s easy to work with and emotionally grounded
• Creative mindset – interest in music, social media, visual content
• Neat and stylish appearance – clean, presentable, and confident in professional settings
• Willingness to assist in both admin and creative tasks – from content creation to travel support

Compensation:

This is a paid freelance position, flexible based on workload. Some months might be quiet, others more active—we’ll adjust the pay accordingly (hourly or per month, depending on involvement).
