He/she is responsible to ensure the technical and functional success of the implementation and/or project of improvement especially in complex projects and of great scale. They participate in the tasks of taking of requirements, analysis, design, implementation, application and configuration, test, training and support after the ‘go live’.They are known as a reference in the company and even in the market or between the competitors.ResponsibilitiesSolve complex problems related to the technical environment of the applicationCollaborates and provides suggestions for the improvement of the service both at the specific customer level, providing added value, and at the level of euHReka platform in the areas of expertise that they work. Supervises, manages and improves input from other team membersIntegrated testing of complex applicationsIdentifies new business areas in existing customersContributing to the reuse of knowledgeApplies methodological approaches to problem solving and project managementTo promote the adaptation of the system to changing business needs and technologyThey are a technical reference and performs tasks of coaching and mentoringThey manage the pool of work optimizing the service providedRequired Skills:Technical knowledge and experience in SAP HCM field, Payroll mandatoryWork independently and as a part of a teamCapacity for analysis and synthesisTime management: compliance dates/deadlinesOverview of the application from the technical point of viewCapacity to collaborate on multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of Human Resources processesKnowledge of various technical platformsEnglish and German fluently
