Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site deskside support, addressing technical issues related to hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Install and configure computer hardware, peripherals, and accessories, ensuring all systems are properly set up and functional.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of network equipment, ensuring basic connectivity and resolving related issues.
- Manage and maintain meeting room equipment, providing technical support when needed.
- Document all support activities through ticketing systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of experience in User Deskside Support .
- Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting , and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues , including expertise in Windows 10, Mac OS, MS Office 365, and related applications.
- Experienced in installing computer hardware and accessories .
- Possesses basic knowledge of networking equipment .
- Familiarity with meeting room equipment is a plus.
- Capable of lifting and moving IT equipment weighing up to 20kg .
- Holding certifications such as CompTIA A+ or OEM manufacturer certification is an advantage.
Our client offers:
