Key Responsibilities:In-house Warehouse Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of our internal warehouse in Europe.Manage inventory accuracy, order picking, packaging, and dispatching.Ensure compliance with safety standards and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency.3PL Coordination:Oversee third-party warehouse performance and ensure smooth inbound/outbound logistics.Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring SLA and cost efficiency.Conduct regular audits and process reviews to maintain fulfillment quality.Logistics Efficiency Improvement:Optimize shipping speed and delivery accuracy across all channels, especially supermarkets.Analyze logistics data, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance efficiencyCollaborate with the sales and operations teams to forecast logistics needs and align supply chain strategies.Cross-Team Communication:Collaborate with China and Europe teams, report logistics performance and issues.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure that shipping processes comply with local and international laws and regulations.Maintain accurate records for customs clearance, transport insurance, and delivery documentation.Requirements:Bachelor\’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in warehouse operations and/or logistics coordination in Europe.Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin), and German – both written and verbal.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with logistics software and Excel.Familiarity with customs procedures and EU import/export regulations is a plus.
