  • Experience with common web development tools and services, such as version control software, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to think actively in projects, take responsibility and carry out tasks independently and reliably
  • Enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics and concepts, motivated to find the best solutions to problems
  • Ability to quickly reduce complex issues to the essentials, work in a structured and systematic way
  • Ideally, prior work experience in Germany
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage
  • Enjoy working in a team!

We are a motivated, open and interdisciplinary team with a high level of collegiality and a lot of fun at work. Our work is characterised by a high degree of independent design and self-determination. You can expect exciting and varied project work and have the opportunity to help shape the processes of a growing company.

We offer a wide range of internal training opportunities and also support you in participating in external trainings and conferences. Flexible working hours, mobile working options and the possibility to take sabbaticals are all part of our standards. Working part-time is possible. You get 30 days of holidays + 10 extra ME days for leisure, voluntary activities and recovery.

We provide you with excellent equipment of your choice. Through our employer subsidy, you can get a train ticket for traveling in Germany at a lower price. Extra incentive for Berlin: Office with a rooftop terrace in the center of Kreuzberg!

Studies show that women, people with a migration history and other people with experiences of discrimination are less likely to apply for jobs unless they fully meet all the requirements. We believe that diverse perspectives in our team contribute to the quality of our work and working atmosphere, and we encourage diversity regardless of what it is based on. If you are interested in this position but your previous experience does not perfectly match every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

We are looking forward to getting to know you!

Please send your application (short letter of motivation, CV without photo, certificates, salary expectations and earliest possible starting date) via the application link below. If you have any questions, please contact Nora Krauter ( )

We interview applicants on an ongoing basis and hire as soon as we have found a suitable candidate.
