What we achieve together
- As IT Service Manager , you will be responsible for coordinating the various parties in the global service organization for the Industrial division of the Vaillant Group.
- Your tasks include conducting meetings and stand-ups with the AMS consultants of the operational business (SAP ECC, SAP S4/HANA, interfaces).
- Tracking and tracing tickets and their resolution speed, as well as deriving and initiating necessary measures and escalations is part of your role.
- In addition, cost-efficient service provider management through performance tracking and control is your responsibility.
- Service workflow optimization in cooperation with SAP teams to increase the speed of resolution is also your task.
- You will provide support in the management of Hypercare activities in the context of S4/HANA rollouts.
