To contribute to our "Great Place to Work" this position will be a key-player in the centralization of procurement in all European branches and service centers. The holder of this role collaborates closely with other corporate teams (e.g., Health & Safety, Facilities, Real Estate), forms part of the International Zone and is incorporated in the EMEA Real Estate and Workplace Services department which services Robert Half as well as Protiviti.

What you will bring to the role as a Buyer EMEA (w/m/d):

• Several years of relevant experience working in (indirect) procurement. Ideally in an international (multi-site) office environment. Experience in IT procurement is a big plus.
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English and German.
• Have a vast interest in sustainable procurement and Corporate Responsibility (ESG).
• Very good negotiation and relationship management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze problems and situations and provide innovative ideas and solutions.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management both orally and in writing and provide sound rationale for recommendations.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects.
• ERP experience is a plus (workday financials / PeopleSoft)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to travel occasionally in Europe.

Location: One of our corporate offices in Frankfurt, Cologne or Düsseldorf.
