YOUR ROLE : WHAT’S WAITING FOR YOU?
Would you like to work with us to automate our customers‘ marketing processes and have already gained experience in online marketing, personalization and marketing automation? If so, Adesso is the ideal location for you! You will design and plan automated marketing activities and personalization projects for efficient and tool-supported implementation, including monitoring and optimization. You will be accountable for the following tasks: Concept, design, and execution of marketing automation and personalization projects using software (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Adobe) Conception and development of automated marketing processes and strategic conception of multi-level campaigns (e.g. for lead generation and lead nurturing) Ideation, planning and implementation of strategies for personalization projects in web, app and mail Conception, implementation and evaluation of A/B tests for a continuous increase in conversions Implementation of email templates in HTML and CSS to ensure error-free display on various email clients and devices while guaranteeing responsiveness for optimal display Carrying out tests on various email clients and resolving technical issues such as compatibility problems or loading times.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU: YOUR SKILLS
Degree in marketing, computer science or comparable qualification Experience in online marketing, personalization and marketing automation, as well as initial experience in marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP Emarsys, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing, Adobe Marketo, etc. Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS for the creation of responsive and well-designed email templates, as well as an understanding of how different email clients work and their technical limitations Lead funnel, dark mode, CRM, templating and paperless working are not foreign words for you, but triggers for motivated work.
