My client is seeking a Head of Business Development to drive growth across the EMEA region, whilst providing support to team members and individual accounts.Head of Business Development responsibilities:Manage a team of 8, with 5 Regional Sales Managers and 3 Field Application Engineers. Develop new business throughout the EMEA region. Provide support to manage your team members\‘ accounts. Representing the brand at trade shows and industry eventsHead of Business Development Requirement:Successful track record in Business Development within the electronic components market.Strong experience selling connectors. Successful track record of managing a team. Knowledge of components, electronics, or industrial manufacturing.
