Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP-Berater:in specializing in S/4HANA Finance & Controlling to join our team at Energie Wasser Bern. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects in a dynamic environment, with responsibilities including developing modern solutions, optimizing business processes, configuring SAP S/4HANA, and conducting training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern solutions within FI/CO environment (Fiori, Workflows, SAC Planning) to enhance processes
• Design and implement process optimizations for Finance and Controlling
• Analyze and develop financial processes, structures, and value flow concepts
• Configure and implement financial accounting and controlling processes on SAP S/4HANA
• Coordinate and manage change requests and projects
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users
• Create documentation, reports, and perform error corrections

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in support and development (analysis and customizing) of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling
• Deep knowledge of Finance and Controlling modules
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with an agile mindset
• High degree of responsibility and independence
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in German and English, spoken and written
