Workshop Manager

Behind every seamless Jet Aviation experience, is a team of dedicated professionals perfecting the art of flight. Supervise a team up to 20 talented workshop technicians to achieve the green cabin outfitting activities related to the Gulfstream Completions project line.
Drive project success:
Collaborate with the shop manager on quotations, refurbishments, and project completions.
Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
Implement corrective actions from audits and ensure continuous improvement through 5S actions and controls.
Liaise with internal stakeholders on escalation items, modifications, product development, and prototyping.
Demonstrated knowledge of project management, including budget, schedules and KPI control.
Advanced knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance documentations
Good English skills, any other language is a plus.
