Our IAM team at Xiting consists of 11 experts from Germany, Switzerland, and Romania, making it the second largest consulting unit. We focus on IAM in hybrid SAP environments, support the automation of the identity lifecycle, and ensure seamless SSO and compliance.

With our three core areas—Identity Management & Workflows; Cloud Security concerning the SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Cloud Identity Services; and Secure Authentication & SSO—we cover the entire IAM spectrum within the SAP environment.

Your Responsibilities

• You take on the consulting, design, and implementation of SAP Cloud Security solutions with a focus on identity and access management for national and international clients.
• You analyze the existing infrastructure and processes within the company and assist in the development and implementation of IAM concepts and strategies.
• Cloud or on-premise, governance or identity management: you understand the fundamental concepts and their impact on the IT security of SAP solutions, and you can communicate with clients as an equal.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as an internal or external consultant in SAP projects with a focus on SAP Security or in the IAM field.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Security, particularly SAP Cloud Identity Services and SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Experience with third-party IDM systems and integration scenarios with Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Know-how in market-leading IAM tools, particularly regarding connectors (REST and SCIM knowledge).
• Familiarity with standards such as OAuth, SCIM, and SAML 2.0.
• You enjoy creating content such as blogs, technical articles, and webinars, and you support sales and marketing activities such as presentations and events.
• In addition to your strong communication skills, you are highly customer-oriented and adept at structuring and communicating complex topics in an understandable manner.
• Excellent German and English language skills complete your profile.

Your Onboarding Process

In the first few weeks, we will provide you with both technical expertise and methodologies, enabling you to develop into a SAP Security Consultant. Through intensive training sessions, we will impart the necessary foundational knowledge in SAP Security and project management.

You will then accompany our experienced SAP Consultants to national and international clients from various industries, supporting them on-site with their projects. This hands-on experience will allow you to gain practical experience, gradually take on initial tasks, and benefit from the extensive expertise of your colleagues.
