Manager Distribution Channel Marketing

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Americas regional team and help drive success in our organization As a Distribution Channel Marketing Manager, you will plan, execute and analyze marketing plans and campaigns, jointly conducted with Infineon distribution partners.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Set the strategy for the Americas Distribution Channel Marketing.
• Coordinate key stakeholders in regional segments, distribution partner managers, divisional marcom teams, engagement marketing anddistributors/eCommerce partners to successfully execute joint digital marketing campaign activities including web, social media, videos,webinars, etc.
• Manage the regional channel marketing budget and expenses including forecast accuracy.
• Provide distribution partners with the respective Infineon content and program manage activities through to completion.
• Regularly review campaign content messaging and quality and update Infineon content on distributor sites.
• Develop KPIs for channel marketing activities and control effectiveness. Analyze and report against campaign goals and report on ROI.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university degree business administration marketing preferred, industrial engineering or similar
• +5 years of relevant job experience in distribution marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications
• Project management experience, superior organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Work experience in multi-cultural teams / international environment
• Superior communications and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively direct / persuade / influence others
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Keen attention to detail
• A growth mindset, ability to self-motivate and drive to constantly improve
