About the Role:

As a Cybersecurity Strategy Manager, you will collaborate with executive-level clients to develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies. Your work will contribute to building resilient and sustainable security programs for leading organisations across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement business-oriented, risk-based cybersecurity strategies in collaboration with clients.
• Design and implement TOMs to enhance efficiency and foster better collaboration between people, technology, and processes.
• Support decision-makers by establishing robust risk management processes, analysing regulatory requirements, and recommending appropriate measures.
• Lead project management for executive-level clients, guide your team’s development, and continuously innovate market-oriented cybersecurity services and products.

Requirements:

• A strong academic background in information security, business administration, IT, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity management and strategy development, ideally working with Fortune 500 clients or in an international environment.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or ISF; certifications like CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are an advantage.
• Proven project management skills, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to work in agile environments.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in German and English , both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel and the ability to engage with high-level stakeholders confidently.
