Job Description:

As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you will assist Sellers in launching on Fulfilment by Amazon and support them in accelerating their business with our logistics solutions. You will analyze existing processes and develop improvements, focusing on Seller satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various international teams to implement measures that significantly contribute to the growth of Amazon Marketplace. Key job responsibilities

What can you expect as an Account Manager (m/f/d)?

  • Provide competent support to our Sellers as a central contact, using a time-limited account management approach
  • Monitor the success of your portfolio through detailed evaluations
  • Participate proactively in trainings, webinars, and conferences
  • Collaborate closely with central teams (logistics, marketing) to review Seller experience and develop improvement measures
  • Conduct weekly analyses (evaluations and database queries) to assess the success of the \’Fulfilment by Amazon\‘ program and implement optimization measures as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Native level fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential
  • Some experience in business development, sales, and/or account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • A sense for new trends and a strong customer orientation
  • Willingness to perform and enjoy decision-making within a highly dynamic environment
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing conditions
  • Very good knowledge of Excel; knowledge of databases and CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree, preferably in business administration, economics, or related fields

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in maintaining client relationships and achieving sales or account management targets
  • Experience in conducting business reviews and stakeholder management, e.g., as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience with databases, SQL, and CRM tools is advantageous but not essential
