Job Description: Senior Business Analyst Supply Chain, Munich
This role involves joining a leading digital solutions company to shape future business IT solutions. The company, established in 1996, offers consulting, technology, and outsourcing services, and has been recognized as a top employer multiple times.
You will work on projects for a global manufacturer specializing in braking systems and safety solutions for rail and commercial vehicles.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, prototyping, and workflow analysis.
- Leading sessions to identify automation opportunities and documenting business processes related to Supply Chain operations.
- Prioritizing processes for automation based on ROI and criteria.
- Staying updated on trends in Supply Chain management and supporting presales activities.
- Preparing presentations from high-level overviews to detailed technical data flows.
- Ensuring requirements align with business goals and automation designs.
- Communicating requirements effectively to stakeholders, designers, and developers.
- Collaborating with project teams, managing delivery, and acting as the client SPOC.
- Facilitating planning sessions and reviewing deliverables against criteria.
- Ensuring adherence to standards and best practices, and overseeing automation implementation.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Business Analysis or as a Functional Consultant in Supply Chain.
- Strong technical background for creating functional requirements and specifications.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and CRM systems.
- Deep understanding of SCM lifecycle processes such as planning, sourcing, order management, and warehouse management.
- Proficiency in creating presentation content related to SCM topics.
- Expertise in business analysis methodologies, data analysis, UAT, and documentation.
- Agile/Scrum experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Skills in MS Office, Quadrant Mapping, and documentation standards (BRD, FRD, RTM, PDD).
- Knowledge of RPA tools (Blue Prism, UiPath, AA) is advantageous.
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams, with strong communication skills.
