Developing and aligning compensation objectives with the business strategy and global practices.
Supporting annual salary planning to ensure cost-effective and equitable salary changes.
Supporting total rewards strategy, executive compensation, short- and long-term incentive plan queries and management.
Providing guidance on compensation topics to regional HR representatives and business leaders, including market and industry trends.
Ensuring cost-efficient and market-driven compensation procedures and standards across the organization.
Maintaining a global grading system (Willis Towers Watson) to support the organizational structure.
Partnering with Finance and Controlling departments.
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5-7 years of in-depth professional experience in compensation within an international company.
Expert knowledge on topics such as job architecture, job leveling, and pay practices in key markets, as well as familiarity with compensation planning tools and state-of-the-art C&B tools.
Strong knowledge of HR topics, including performance management, payroll, and compensation elements, along with a good understanding of controlling and finance topics.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to see the big picture.
Growth mindset paired with strong self-initiative to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to present complex issues clearly, communicate effectively, and engage with senior management.
