Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting our Infor LN CE and Infor OS cloud systems, and assist in their further development.

• System administration and health checks
• Supporting release updates
• Monitoring interfaces
• Creating and maintaining workflows and dashboards using Infor ION for process optimization
• Handling disruptions and requirements, ensuring smooth operation of software products
• Coordinating third-level support with manufacturers

Your Profile:

You are a communicative team player, quickly grasp complex new concepts, and keep the big picture in mind.

• Completed vocational training in IT or comparable professional experience
• Several years of practical experience with Infor LN and Infor OS
• Solid knowledge of Infor ION and Infor Ming.le
• Basic knowledge of web services (REST, JSON, SOAP, WCF, JAX-WS) and BOD development is advantageous
• Ideally experience in a medium-sized company
• Excellent German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
