Job Description:

We are looking for a Google Scripts Engineer to join our Operations department. As a Google Scripts Engineer in our Tech projects team, you will play a crucial role in establishing new processes and automating existing ones. Your analytical skills and hands-on mentality will be key in challenging the status quo and driving meaningful change. AUTO1 Group is Europe\’s leading digital automotive platform. We revolutionize the used car market with our well-known brands Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de, and AUTO1.com.

Your responsibilities include:

• Finding innovative solutions to automate our processes & work on the conception of novel analysis approaches
• Retrieving relevant data sets from various databases using Google Apps Script
• Acting as a link between business & tech by translating business requirements technically
• Supporting the expansion of the product range by developing lean processes for internal stakeholders
• Working closely with our Operations teams and shaping the future of our process landscape

Qualifications and skills:

• Knowledge of SQL, version control systems like Git, or other languages like Python is a plus
• Good self-organization skills and a passion for automation of processes using APIs and other available tools
• A fast learner, motivated to learn new technologies
• Prepared to make decisions and take responsibility for projects
