Positionsübersicht
Als Senior Manager Value Stream Retail (m/w/d) verantworten Sie im Werk Paderborn die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette für unsere Assembly Line Retail von der Vormontage bis zur Auslieferung. Sie stellen sicher, dass unsere Retail-Lösungen effizient, in hoher Qualität und termingerecht produziert werden. Dabei steuern sie werksinterne Prozesse und treiben aktiv Verbesserungen voran.
Sie sind verantwortlich für

• Gesamtverantwortung für die Steuerung und Optimierung des Wertestrom im Bereich Retail Hardware
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung interdisziplinärer Teams in Fertigung, Logistik und Qualität
• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Effizienz in der Produktion
• Einführung und kontinuierliche Umsetzung von Lean-Methoden zur Prozessoptimierung
• Analyse und Verbesserung von Produktionsabläufen zur Steigerung der Produktivität und Reduzierung von Verschwendung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Planung, Qualitätssicherung und Process Engineering
• Reporting relevanter Produktionskennzahlen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
• Vorbereitung und Begleitung von internen und externen Audits
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen, Arbeitssicherheitsvorgaben und Qualitätsstandards im Produktionsumfeld
• Unterstützung bei der digitalen Transformation der Fertigungsprozesse

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer fertigungsnahen Führungsrolle
• Fundiertes Verständnis für industrielle Fertigungsprozesse und Produktvarianten im Serien- und Projektgeschäft
• Erfahrung im Lean Management und in der Steuerung komplexer Wertströme
• Hohe Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz -sowohl im direkten Shopfloor Umfeld als auch im Austausch mit Schnittstellen
• Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse

Position Overview
As Senior Manager Value Stream Retail (m/f/d) at the Paderborn plant, you will be responsible for the entire value chain for our Assembly Line Retail, from pre-assembly to delivery. You will ensure that our retail solutions are produced efficiently, in high quality and on time. In doing so, you will control internal plant processes and actively drive improvements.
Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for managing and optimising the value stream in the Retail Hardware division
• Management and further development of interdisciplinary teams in production, logistics and quality
• Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines and efficiency in production
• Introduction and continuous implementation of lean methods for process optimisation
• Analysing and improving production processes to increase productivity and reduce waste
• Close collaboration with the planning, quality assurance and process engineering departments
• Reporting relevant key production figures and deriving measures
• Preparing and supporting internal and external audits
• Ensuring compliance with norms, occupational safety regulations and quality standards in the production environment
• Supporting the digital transformation of production processes

Qualifications

• Completed technical studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a production-related management role
• Sound understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and product variants in series and project business
• Experience in lean management and the control of complex value streams
• High level of communication and leadership skills – both in the direct shop floor environment and in dialogue with interfaces
• Fluency in English and German
